Australia · Builders and renovators

Fewer tyre-kickers. More jobs worth quoting.

A builder doesn't need 50 enquiries a month. You need the five that fit your budget range, your area and your schedule. We run Google Ads and local SEO that filter for those, and we report on enquiries you'd actually quote.

We're a Singapore team of 8. Calls run late morning to late afternoon Sydney time on weekdays, with weekend slots too.

What your customers search

Clicks are cheaper than in plumbing. Quoting time isn't.

Cheap clicks can still waste your week if every enquiry is a A$5k job you don't do. So the ads and the form screen for job type, budget and suburb before your phone rings. Semrush, Australian database, October 2026. CPC is Semrush's estimate in USD.

Our Google Ads work for trades, in numbers.

These are Singapore home-services accounts we run, including a hacking and demolition contractor: S$3.5k in ad spend, 224 conversions, S$15.61 each. A conversion is a phone call or a WhatsApp enquiry from the ad. Figures in SGD, 1 to 30 September 2026, from each account's Google Ads dashboard. These are Singapore accounts. Australian clicks cost more, so your cost per call will be higher. But the method doesn't change: tracking goes in first, then every dollar is judged by the calls it brings.

What we do

Built for how people choose a builder.

01

Campaigns by project type

Extensions, renovations, knockdown rebuilds and new homes get their own campaigns, so you can push the work you want and switch off what you're booked out on.

  • Budgets by project type
  • Suburbs you actually build in
  • DIY, rental and job-seeker searches blocked
02

An enquiry form that qualifies

Project type, rough budget, suburb and timing, asked up front. You see who's worth a site visit before you call back.

03

Project pages that sell

Homeowners want to see work like theirs. We build pages around your real projects, with photos, scope and the suburb, so they rank and convert.

04

Google Business Profile and reviews

Reviews carry a lot of weight on a big purchase. We set up your profile properly and a review request at handover.

05

Licence details shown properly

In NSW, ads for residential building work, online ones included, must show the licensee's name, licence number and business phone. In Queensland, QBCC licensees must show their licensed name, licence number and that they're licensed under the QBCC Act. We check your state's rules before anything goes live.

Why us

What most agencies won't put in writing.

  • Our prices are published
  • We count calls, not clicks
  • You own everything
  • Licence rules checked

How it works

From a free audit to a phone that rings.

01

1. Free lead audit

Tell us your trade and suburbs. We show you who's bidding there, what clicks cost, and what we'd expect a call to cost. Usually within two working days.

02

2. Tracking first

Calls from your ads and your website are tracked before we spend a dollar of your budget.

03

3. Launch where you work

Campaigns go live in your suburbs, for the jobs you want, in the hours you can pick up.

04

4. Monthly report

Calls, cost per call and what we're changing next. Tell us which calls became jobs and we'll report on that too.

Questions people ask

How much does Google Ads management cost?

US$300 a month plus 15% of your monthly ad spend, and a one-off US$300 setup fee. Ad spend starts at A$2,000 a month and is paid to Google directly from your own account. There is a 3-month minimum.

Do you work with small builders?

Yes. Most of the trades businesses we work with are owner-run. The free audit tells you whether Google Ads makes sense at your size before you commit.

How do you stop time-wasting enquiries?

Three ways. We block searches from DIYers, renters and job seekers. Ads say what you build and where. And the enquiry form we build for your site asks for project type, budget and suburb before it reaches you.

Does my licence number need to be in my ads?

In NSW, ads for residential building work, including online ads, must show the licensee's name, licence number and business phone number. In Queensland, QBCC licensees must show their licensed name and licence number, and state they're licensed under the QBCC Act. Other states have their own rules. We check yours before anything goes live. This isn't legal advice.

Are you based in Australia?

No. We're a team of 8 in Singapore. Sydney is two to three hours ahead of us, so calls run from late morning to late afternoon Sydney time on weekdays, with weekend slots too. Everything else happens by email and in your monthly report.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The Google Ads account and your Google Business Profile are set up in your business's name, and we're added as users.
